NSIL held a "pre-bid conference" for the Indian industry partners for LVM3 production under PPP model.
- NSIL held a “pre-bid conference” for the Indian industry partners who have shown interest in participating in the RFQ process for productionizing LVM3 under PPP framework. As on date, nearly 10+ companies have shown interest in this regard.
- Following the RFQ, technically qualified bidders would be shortlisted.
- RFP would be issued to these shortlisted bidders seeking their financial proposal.
- Under the PPP framework, the LVM3 production will span over 12-14 years, wherein total number of vehicles that are envisaged to be realized will be nearly 60 plus.
